Six core services that we've refined over years of real projects. No fluff, just honest work that gets your vision from concept to reality.
Look, we get it - every architecture firm claims they do everything. But here's the thing: we've spent years figuring out what we're genuinely good at, and that's what you'll find below. Each service comes from actual experience, not just what sounds impressive on a website.
This is where everything starts. We sit down, figure out what you're actually trying to build, and translate that into something that works in the real world. Not just pretty drawings - plans that contractors can actually use and building departments won't reject.
Ever walked into a place and thought "this feels wrong but I can't explain why?" That's what we fix. It's about flow, light, proportions - the stuff you feel but don't necessarily see. We've reworked cramped condos into spaces that breathe and turned awkward floor plans into something that just makes sense.
Green building isn't just a checkbox anymore. We help you navigate energy codes, passive solar design, material choices that won't wreck the planet. Sometimes it costs more upfront, sometimes it doesn't - we're honest about both scenarios.
Duration: 4-6 weeks depending on project scale
Someone's gotta make sure the contractor actually builds what we designed. That's us. We do site visits, review submittals, catch problems before they become expensive mistakes. Think of it as translation services between architect-speak and construction-speak.
Duration: Throughout entire construction phase
Floor plans confuse most people - that's just reality. We create photo-realistic renders so you can actually see what you're getting before dropping serious money on construction. Way easier to change a digital wall than a real one.
Duration: 2-3 weeks per visualization set
This one's special. Toronto's full of beautiful old buildings that need careful, knowledgeable work. We've dealt with heritage committees, original brick that can't be matched, plaster techniques nobody uses anymore. It's part detective work, part craftsmanship advocacy.
Coffee or video call. You tell us what you're thinking, we ask a bunch of questions. No charge for this - we're just figuring out if we're a good fit.
We send over a detailed scope with fees broken down by phase. You'll know exactly what you're paying for. Once signed, we're off to the races.
This is where the magic happens. Lots of back-and-forth, revisions, refining. We'll probably meet weekly or bi-weekly during this phase.
Final documents, permits submitted, construction oversight if that's part of the deal. We stick around to answer contractor questions because there'll be questions.
That's totally normal. Most projects need a combination anyway. Let's talk about what you're trying to accomplish and we'll figure out the right approach together.
