Take a look at the projects we've poured our hearts into over the years. Each one's got its own story, its own challenges, and honestly, its own personality. We don't do cookie-cutter around here.
This one's special to me - nestled right on the edge of a ravine in Rosedale. The clients wanted floor-to-ceiling glass but were worried about privacy. We played with angles and strategic landscaping to give them those killer views without feeling like they're in a fishbowl.
Small footprint, big impact. We transformed a cramped 800 sq ft space into something that feels way bigger. Lots of light wood, strategic mirrors, and these custom brass fixtures that became Instagram famous.
Our first net-zero home. The owners were hardcore about sustainability, which pushed us to really think outside the box with passive heating strategies and materials sourcing.
They wanted to ditch the traditional cubicle farm but still needed quiet zones for deep work. We created these modular acoustic pods that can be reconfigured as the team grows. The natural light situation in this building was tricky, but we made it work with some clever interior glazing.
Working with heritage buildings is always a dance between preservation and practicality. This 1880s row house needed serious structural work, but we kept all the original trim, restored the brick facade, and snuck in modern conveniences without disrupting the character.
When you've got lake views like this, you get out of the way and let them shine. We opened up the entire south wall with a custom sliding glass system and kept the palette neutral. The challenge was acoustic control - concrete and glass can get echoey fast.
A farm-to-table spot that wanted the architecture to match their philosophy. We used reclaimed barn wood, local stone, and designed the space to show off their open kitchen. The chef wanted diners to see the whole process, so sightlines were crucial.
Old warehouse conversion with exposed brick and concrete. The owner's a bit of a minimalist, so we kept things stripped back. Hidden storage was key - everything's got a place but nothing's visible.
Let's grab a coffee and talk about what you're thinking. No pressure, just a conversation about possibilities.
